Hierarchy yes, it happens but it's so temporary that it is distorted to think that's how things run. That's how things DON'T run as we can see from our hierarchical structure. It has been attributed to animals but how so? The alpha wolf stays at the back of the line to protect the more vulnerable. As I said before, it's a mistake to assume equivalence for a small minority. Women don't say anything and let men go kill others, because women are suffering from trauma and probably mental illness too, from having suppressed their female nature. I would go even further and say we surrender our freedom with our families, neighbors, work colleagues and those within our social circles.
