Both World War One and Two targeted greater Iran and its civilizational legacy - which remains as the only barrier to ruthless abrahamic or ideological warfares that have consumed humanity.
It is the Iranian civilization which Islam was meant to destroy.
However, due to the sheer strength of Iranian culture and its deep roots, even after 1000 years of abrahamic imposition, the region had retained its Iranian heritage.
Hence, plans for both world wars were drafted in order to shatter the region into pseudo ethnic and religious rivalries.
This was the reason Israel and all the pseudo Arab countries were created - simply as an attack on greater Iran and its civilizational power.
