They want a world order so that everyone is under the banking system, so if there is a default on one of their spurious loans. the recall of the debt stays in the system and they don't have to lose equity. This is the same premise of the Federal Reserve, which was The Creature from Jekyll Island designed to stop the flow of deposits (reserves) out of the major NYC banks. They needed reserves in order to lend.
The goal is to have countries, via central banks, issue debt just to pay the interest each year. This pipe dream has been realized in the USA, which now has debt in excess of GDP and therefore can't be paid off even if every dime earned went to the public debt. Therefore, part of the new debt issued is to pay interest, and to fund government programs. Even 40 years ago, this was not viewed as feasible because the public would react.
The trick is to distract the public by fear of losing their rights. Abortion keeps making the rounds, war, immigrants causing crimes (not just USA but EU), COVID-19, next health scare, kids being groomed, assassination, shooting up high schools or grade schools, pedos, etc.
